His 2007 breakout film, IT TAKES TWO TO TANGO, launched Shanahan’s unique style to the world and after premiering at the Melbourne Film Festival, went on to screen around the world in festivals including, L.A, New York and London. In 2010, he made, THE NEWS, which went viral and introduced us to the character of, ‘Daniel’. The film has since screened in 22 countries and has been translated into 14 languages. It’s prequel; PET (2011) is now showing at film festivals everywhere. Alongside his heavily awarded commercial work – see ROBBERS DOG – he has a TV series in development.
